Review: The Defenders Season 1 Episode 3 “Worst Behaviour”

Although it takes its time getting there, the final confrontation of this episode is thrilling, well-directed and sparks as the team finally (somewhat) comes together. It may not be as visually inventive as other fight sequences this series has provided, but it represents a stepping stone for the characters and hopefully a tease to what is to come. The episode begins with a flashback that explores Elektra’s involvement, and even though it is nothing special and the concepts of the villains are too generic and vague to warrant much suspense, this was the right episode to include such a sequence. Furthermore, it was also nice to see Stick back in action, and Krysten Ritter continues to give a superb performance as Jessica Jones, arguably the show’s most complex and attention-worthy character. 7.7/10
