Review: Bloodline Season 3 Episode 3 “Part 26”

This is certainly the most ‘Bloodline’ episode of the season so far, with minimal narrative progression but a plethora of details and character moments. For the most part it is compelling material, especially seeing Meg become further split in her loyalty as John confirms his to the family. The investigation into the murder follows familiar beats without any resounding surprise, creating tension in a cliched and inconsequential manner. Those necessary paces are all covered here as the writers attempt to provide resolution to the stakes and bring characters back into their everyday lives and issues. How long they will be able to do that without providing any true impact or ending is up in the air. 8.3/10
