Review: Mr. Robot Season 2 Episode 3 “eps2.1_k3rnel-pan1c.ksd”

Rami Malek gives a stunning performance, perfectly encapsulating the multiple personas of Elliot from his drug fueled chaos to his more self-aware intelligent conversations, at times providing clear bravado against Mr. Robot, however, unfortunately its difficult at times to see where the show is taking the character, other than in cycle of win and loss, while Ray is yet to connect or stand out amongst an ensemble of similar characters and there are still too many subplots to pin down, but a number of directorial choices continue to make the show visually daring and intellectually vivid. 8.7/10
