Review: Special Correspondents

With moments of hilarity and charm, a patchy but intriguing commentary on the media’s fixation on ratings and a superb performance from Vera Fermiga, Netflix’s Special Correspondents isn’t a total failure, but with stereotypical characters, a generic and uneeded third act, and silly unrealistic twists, it also isn’t a success, but simply a slightly entertaining film for when nothing else is on. 3/5
