Review: Hush

Using sound to maximum effect, this is a simple but superbly tense film that takes what could be seen as a gimmicky premise and utilises it in it’s craftsmanship, with stunning cinematography and mostly fine direction, and though it’s main character jumps from extremely intelligent¬†to atrociously dumb and the film could have implemented some aspect of background to its villain, Hush is ultimately a surprisingly engrossing film. 3.5/5
